Administrator, Can you give me some reasons about why does API 660 exclude the vacuum operated steam surface condenser?
I am in a vacuum operated SSC maintenance where it was necessary to re-tube process, Its implied new tube-to-tubesheet joints and according with API 660 I shouldn't take the work without a flatness measurement. However this condenser is out of this standard.
